The Working Party of CLC
The Working Party serves as the strategic leadership and oversight team of the Christian Leaders Community. It brings together senior pastors and leaders from across Croydon who provide spiritual direction, wisdom, and policy guidance for CLC’s growth and impact. Led by Bishop Mark Nicholson, this council embodies humility, collaboration, and unity in the Body of Christ, ensuring CLC remains anchored in sound doctrine and purposeful leadership for the wider community.
The Management Team of CLC
The Management Team handles the daily coordination and operational execution of CLC’s vision. Working closely with the General Secretary, each coordinator oversees specific areas such as events, communications, finance, business, hospitality, prayer, and multimedia. Together, they ensure excellence, accountability, and smooth delivery across all initiatives. This dynamic team translates CLC’s strategic goals into action, keeping every meeting, outreach, and partnership effective and spirit-led.
